We ship via USPS Priority / Express mail with signature required. It normally takes 1~3 business days to deliver, unless during the holiday season where delivery service could be delayed. The tracking number will be emailed to you. We ship within in 24 hours receipt of the order unless the ordered item is not in stock. We will notify the estimated time to restock and shipping date via email.
Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and not including holidays and weekends. Additionally, examples are provided, letting a customer know that with next day delivery, “an order that ships out on Thursday…would be delivered on Friday” and that “an order shipping out on Friday…would arrive on Monday.”
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
